If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product/s, Guérison Australia is happy to offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of your purchase.

Simply return the unused portion and we will happily refund your account (less shipping costs).

You must notify Guérison of your intention and reason for the return of your item prior to sending it back. Please email us at: support@guerison.com.au
We recommend that your parcel be sent using a traceable post option (where a signature is required upon receipt) as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Once your item has been received, we will advise by email and your refund will be completed via the original payment method.

If you item has been damaged in transit please contact us with details and photos at: support@guerison.com.au and we will replace with the same product.
